Red Deer Church of God (Seventh Day) was founded by Alecia Anderson McIntosh, whose passion for God’s Word, commitment to the seventh-day Sabbath, and desire to serve the community helped establish a place where individuals and families can grow in faith and fellowship.
With a vision to build a Christ-centered, Bible-believing congregation, Alecia answered God’s call to create a welcoming church family dedicated to worship, discipleship, prayer, and outreach. Through faith, perseverance, and God’s guidance, the church continues to grow as a place where people can learn God’s truth, develop meaningful relationships, and experience the love of Jesus Christ.
Today, Red Deer Church of God (Seventh Day) remains committed to its mission of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ while sharing the hope of God’s Kingdom with the Red Deer community and beyond.

Sabbath School
Our Sabbath School is the foundation of our weekly ministry, providing biblical teaching, discussion, and encouragement as we study God’s Word together and grow in the faith.
Worship Ministry
We are developing a vibrant worship ministry that encourages heartfelt praise, worship, and participation as we honor God together.
Prayer Ministry
Prayer is central to our church life. We seek to cultivate a culture of prayer that supports spiritual growth, unity, healing, and God’s work within our congregation and community.
Family Ministry
We desire to strengthen families through biblical teaching, fellowship, encouragement, and practical support, helping each generation grow in Christ.
Youth and Children’s Ministry
As our church grows, we are committed to providing opportunities for children and youth to learn God’s Word, build strong friendships, and develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
Community Outreach
We believe the Church is called to serve others with compassion and love. Through outreach, acts of service, and community engagement, we seek to share the hope of the gospel with our neighbors.
Fellowship Ministry
Christian fellowship is an important part of church life. Through shared meals, special events, and regular gatherings, we build meaningful relationships and encourage one another in our walk with Christ.

We are a Christ-centered, grace-oriented, Sabbath-celebrating fellowship of believers who are being transformed into the image of Christ by the Holy Spirit. God’s written Word is our sole authority for belief and practice.
Our mission is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, introduce others to the Lord, teach them to obey His Word, and nurture spiritual growth in all believers.
